We provide a variety of shipping options to meet your needs, whether you’re ordering a single pallet or multiple items. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order and are displayed at checkout for full transparency.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or during holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Our delivery times may vary depending on your location and the size of your order. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days after processing

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking link, allowing you to monitor your delivery from our warehouse to your location. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your confirmation email.

Discreet and Secure Packaging

All pallets are packaged securely to protect the contents during transit, with additional reinforcement for larger or fragile items. Our packaging is discreet, with no mention of the contents for added security and privacy.

Returns and Refunds

At Bulk Liquidation Sales, we stand by the quality of our products and strive for your satisfaction. If your order doesn’t meet expectations, we offer a hassle-free returns process. Please review our return policies below:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your pallet arrives damaged or with defective items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a return.
  • Incorrect Items: Should you receive an incorrect pallet, please reach out within 48 hours of receiving your order for assistance.
  • General Returns: For non-damaged, non-defective items, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure that all items are in their original condition, unused, and with original packaging.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our customer support team via email or through our website contact form. Provide your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Receive Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with instructions for shipping the item back to us.
  3. Ship Your Return: Once you have the RAN, package the item securely and send it to the provided return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking or shipping fees.
  • For partial refunds or exchanges, please contact us directly for assistance.

Restocking Fees

  • A restocking fee of 10% may apply for general returns that are not due to damage or incorrect items.

Exclusions

Certain items may not be eligible for return, such as final sale items, mystery boxes, or heavily discounted clearance pallets. These exclusions will be noted in the product description.
